Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Assistant to join us. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop

**Duties**:

- Assist customers with their orders and provide them with a friendly response and make them feel welcome and comfortable
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle transactions accurately
- Serve food items such as Soup, cake and beverages
- Follow food safety guidelines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
