Sales Negotiator

If you're already in agency, great as your skills will be truly put to the test, and if you have no agency experience but have exceptional customer service skills, thrive on a busy working environment and have a 'Can Do' attitude, we want to hear from you.

The role will involve:

- Registering clients and understanding their property needs.
- Booking viewings which will mainly be accompanied by you or our viewing team.
- Arranging Market Appraisals.
- Negotiating offers for clients.
- Providing daily feedback and client updates each week.
- Obtaining financial services rferrals providing you with additional earning potential.
- Conveyancing Referrals (solicitors) providing you with additional earnings potential.
- Sales Progression of your personal sales through to completion.
- Property finding for waiting buyers on your database.
- Conducting professional and informative market appraisals (Full training provided)

**Requirements**:
GCSE's in Maths and English

Full Driving Licence

Pay: £19,000.00-£22,692.22 per year
