**Senior Social Ads Executive**

**Position Overview**: Join our dynamic marketing agency as a Senior Social Ads Executive, where you will take a lead role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of social media advertising campaigns. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in social media marketing, a keen eye for analytics, and the ability to create compelling ad strategies and implement them. As a SSAE, you will play a crucial role in driving client success through impactful and results-driven social media advertising initiatives.

You are creative and have bundles of new and fresh ideas but also have an analytical mindset capable of providing strategic recommendations for clients based on reporting and data. You are a good writer, with the ability to craft punchy and engaging copy.

You will ideally be adept at using a range of content creation platforms

We require you to have the following:

- Experience in Ecommerce Platforms such as Shopify
- Able to showcase performance on campaigns across Ecommerce & Lead Generation
- Data Driven Indiviual with an an understanding of metrics
- Strong advertising experience in ecommerce is vital

**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
- Plan and execute end-to-end campaign strategies and build, including budget allocation, ad creative development, and audience targeting.

**Ad Copy and Visual Content Development**:

- Create and optimise ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce visually compelling assets for social media ads.
- Strong understanding of video content and producing UGC if required

**Platform Expertise**:

- Demonstrate expertise in major social media platforms Meta, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat to name a few.
- You have your finger on the pulse when it comes to new tools, updates, and changes to each platform.

**Audience Targeting and Segmentation**:

- Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimise targeting and enhance campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine audience targeting and messaging.

**Campaign Optimisation and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed client expectations.
- Implement ongoing optimisation strategies based on data-driven insights.

**Client Collaboration**:

- Act as the main point of contact if required for clients regarding social media advertising campaigns.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and account managers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

**Stay Informed and Innovate**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Innovate and propose new ideas to enhance the effectiveness of social media advertising campaigns.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 2+ years of proven experience in social media advertising.

**Platform Certifications**:

- Certifications in major social media advertising platforms

**Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

**Results-Driven**:

- Proven track record of delivering successful social media advertising campaigns with measurable results.

**Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends, platform updates, and client needs.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Tech-Savvy**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, GA).
