This position requires attention to detail and an ability to work independently.

Experience working in a financial advice practice is essential - training will be offered in the use of our systems and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain client records (Intelliflo)
- Create and manage workflows (Intelliflo)
- Monitor business income (Intelliflo)
- Arrange and prepare client meeting documentation
- Prepare management information reports (Intelliflo)
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients and providers
- Prepare client annual review documents and other reports (Intelliflo)
- Manage electronic communication with clients

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
