At Burgess Hill we offer a specialist service in providing care for people with mental illnesses, across two wards: a male acute service and a male PICU.

We are currently looking for a Bank Receptionist to join our team on a ad hoc basis to cover annual leave and training days. The cover will be Monday to Fridays 9am
- 5pm. You will deliver an effiencent and high quality service to guests, pateints, suppliers and staff.

you will be expected to greet and assist all arrivals and complete the necessary administration work as and when required on an adhock basis. You will manage the front of house area and ensure maximum professionalism at all times.

To succeed in this role you will need:

- Ideally exeprience working within a similar environment
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with diary management is desirable
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient confidentiality
