A new opportunity has arisen for an HR Officer to be part of an established team based with an organisation South of Norwich.
This is a varied and busy role with the opportunity to learn all aspects of an HR generalist remit as well as the opportunity for an apprenticeship with CIPD Level 5 Support
The role:

- Assisting with the recruitment process, including producing accurate adverts and job descriptions for new posts.
- Coordinating induction and on-boarding processes for new employees
- Support Managers in administering performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assisting with the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to managers and employees in all HR related queries and contractual changes
The successful applicant will have similar experience and will be highly professional, able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
Skills required:
CIPD Level 3
Able to deal with confidential information
Good IT skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
