The role will involve visiting residential properties to give an impartial documented analysis of the state and condition of the property either before a new tenant moves in or when an existing tenant moves out.

Main responsibilities will include:
Prepare a full inventory and schedule of condition of a property.
Accurately record and describe items.
Take full accompanying photographs of each room and any items of note or any dilapidation.
Note and take photo of utility meter readings at the property.
On occasion meet and check tenants into a property at the beginning of a tenancy.
Use existing inventory as a comparison document to conduct a check out inspection and prepare report noting condition, damage and make recommendations.

Key skills required:
They should have full Driving Licence and use of their own vehicle.
Strong attention to detail with methodical approach to work is essential
Good time management and be able to self-manage.
Self-motivated, hardworking and reliable.
Knowledge of lettings industry an advantage but not essential.
Good verbal communication skills and be able to write accurate descriptions.

Other Information:
This is a part-time position, hours to be discussed, with the option of further opportunities within the business. Flexible hours to suit.
