Due to continued growth in our business, OCU Services have a new role for an experienced Project Manager to join our business. The purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of major utilities diversions in Water, Gas, Electrical, Telecoms and HorizontalDirect Drilling. Due to the nature of these projects, they will include heavy civils aspects involving deep excavations etc.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Previous experience of managing multi utilities teams is essential. Ability to lead on site and drive performance.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, safety and statutory regulations.
- Excellent understanding and commitment delivering on customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working directly in a Client facing role.
- Commercially aware.
- Ensure the timely submission of weekly reports
- Experience managing a team and working towards deadlines/targets.
- Monitoring programs to ensure works are delivered in time with the schedule.
- Preparation of works documentation.
- Ability to influence and control cost.

**Skills and Experience**
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience is essential.
- CSCS Slinger/Signaler qualified.
- NRSWA supervisor qualified.
- Current Full UK driving license.

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Temporary Works Appointed Person (Temporary Work Supervisor).
- Deep Excavation qualification.
- Confined Spaces qualification.
- Working at Height appreciation.
- IOSH/ NEBOSH.
- UMSTS / SMSTS.
- NSWA Supervisor.
- Blue Card Water Hygiene & Thames Water Passport.
- NERWS Accredited.
- Cat & Jenny Trained.
- Lifting AP.
