Programmes take place within and beyond the charity’s sites, including at Dumfries House, with its Education Farm, STEM centre and Health and Wellbeing Centre, and in Shoreditch, East London and Trinity Buoy Wharf in Tower Hamlets, London.

**The Role**:
Reporting directly to the Education Director while working closely with the relevant Education Managers and Coordinator team and you will be responsible for coordinating several key areas of the learning journey of our students.

Our programme ranges from day workshops for primary and secondary pupils through to more intensive short course and certificated and non-certificated training. Around 7000 pupils take part in a day workshop or short course per year and this role closely involves the smooth running of these visits along with events and training programmes.

In addition, working alongside the part time Vocational Qualifications Coordinator you will ensure relevant qualifications are managed within the appropriate systems as well as supporting with work placement arrangements for over 200 learners annually.

**Traditional Craft Programmes **- _Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Heritage Skills_

**Hospitality Programmes** - _City and Guilds Level 1_

**Textile Programmes** - _City and Guilds Level 1_

**STEM Skills Week** - _City and Guilds Employability Award_

**Key Tasks**

**Specific Duties will include**:
**Record Keeping**
- Assist with the tracking and monitoring of student progress and performance in consultation with Education Managers/Coordinators and Education Director including updating booking master and calendar for school day visits and certificated programmes.
- Compile regular data reports on attendance stats for evaluation purposes.
- Compile and support evaluation feedback from completed programmes and workshops.

**Promotion**
- Take the lead on the content generation and compile monthly school newsletter via Mail Chimp.
- Co-ordinating and recording standardisation meetings to discuss current assessment and verification issues.

**Finance**
- Manage the invoicing of school day visit fees and any other finance fees per programme

**Programme Co-ordination**
- Support the Education Managers in arranging external tutors/consultants for the delivery of education activities, workshops, and training.
- Support and co-ordinate workshop and programme plans to include timetabling for seasonal day workshops in conjunction with Curriculum Managers and ensure booking sites are updated accordingly.
- Work closely with Education Managers and Vocational Skills Co-ordinator to assign trainees to placements with host organisations. Ensuring all necessarily paperwork/insurances are in place prior to placement commencement.
- Update and maintain communications with all necessary parties in relation to industry placements and qualification assessment.
- Assign assessors and internal verifiers to relevant programmes in conjunction with Vocational Skills Co-ordinator and trainees, liaising with qualification assessors throughout to ensuring goals are met.
- Coordinate minibus bookings and invoices with schools and relevant internal departments in line with school booking requests.

**General**
- General support as necessary of the wider education offering at Dumfries House and assisting when required with events both on the estate and offsite.
- Maintain familiarity with The Prince’s Foundation handbook and relevant HR procedures.
- Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required of you in the post.

**Person Specification**

**Essential skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- The successful post holder will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in academic administration and experience of working in an education setting.
- The post holder will be familiar with the
