At Home Instead we offer just that.

We are looking for friendly, caring and kind people. People who can show compassion and time for our clients. With our minimum 1hour calls you can give that time to our clients, listening to their stories over a cup of tea, building a puzzle, going for walks and reminiscing over memories.

You don’t need qualifications or experience; we offer a thorough 2-day recruitment assessment programme to prepare you in your new exciting role with Home Instead. With us it’s personal.

Roles Available in Mold, Hawarden, Ewloe, Buckley area:
**_ 2 x Full Time Care Professionals averaging hours 25-35 hours per week, set rota_**

**_ 2 x Part Time Care Professionals averaging 16-20 hours per week, set rota._**

We also have other roles available if you would like more or less hours to work with specific clients.

What we need from you_**:

- A good listener and great communicator, enjoying a cup of tea and listening to a client’s life stories.
- Someone who likes getting their hands dirty? maybe helping our clients in the garden or baking a cake.
- Happy to help someone get ready for the day? with personal care, assisting into the shower, brushing teeth and hair etc.
- Gordon Ramsay or Jamie Oliver? Nowell really you just need to be able to prepare a good home cooked meal to ensure the clients are eating well.
- A fashion critic? helping our clients get dressed and make them look their best.
- Someone who wants enjoy their job and start or develop a career?
- Likes keeping a home clean and tidy? With light housekeeping, shopping and taking clients out for appointments and the occasional coffee.
- After a work life balance? We have work patterns to suit everyone.
- A driver? as the role requires you to get about from home to home.

The benefits for working with Home Instead Wrexham & Flintshire_**
- £12.85 per hour weekdays / £13.50 weekends
- Home Instead Home care standard length for all care calls is 1 hour, this is for companionship and personal care, its just what we do
- Mileage and holiday paid on top Double time on Bank Holidays
- F/T hours (between 7.15 am - 10.15 pm on a fixed 4 days per week fortnightly work pattern).
- P/T hours available on half day work patterns, applicants need to be available from 8.25 am.

**Qualifications**
- have experience in aged care and or have a qualification relevant to the role.

- be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.

- ** Be a driver with access to a car**:

- Assist with personal care, light cleaning duties and companionship
