The Entry-Level Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in supporting a specific marketing campaign focused on local fundraising and outreach efforts. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, driving enrollments, and engaging customers within a designated territory. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and make a positive impact within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation and execution of a specific marketing campaign focused on local fundraising and outreach efforts. Follow campaign guidelines and strategies to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Engage with customers within the designated territory, raising awareness of the campaign and its purpose. Initiate conversations, answer inquiries, and provide information to drive customer interest and participation.
- Promote and facilitate enrollments and registrations for the campaign. Effectively communicate the benefits and impact of participation to customers, encouraging them to get involved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and community organizations involved in the campaign. Collaborate and coordinate efforts to maximize participation and community impact.
- Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and merchandise, within the territory. Ensure materials are strategically placed in high-traffic areas and maintain inventory levels as needed
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the campaign, embodying its values and mission. Represent the campaign with professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion when engaging with customers and community members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and fundraising strategies. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance marketing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Passion for marketing, community engagement, and making a positive social impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and inspire them to support the campaign.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in executing marketing strategies and engaging the target audience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve campaign goals.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for events or outreach activities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: £550.00-£750.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Moneyreagh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
