**Key responsibilities**:
As an Office Supervisor, you will work in partnership with the registered manager and Care Coordinator to ensure that clients receive safe, effective, and high-quality care that meets their individual needs and preferences as per the Company's Quality Assurance Policy. As part of your role, you will be responsible for rapid response, supervising and supporting Carers and ensuring that the service complies with regulatory requirements through care planning, risk assessing, recording, and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or supervisory role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

**Salary**: £18,036.41-£23,740.85 per year
