**Senior Fleet Underwriter**

Employment Specialists are pleased to be working alongside a well-respected name within the Insurance Industry who are looking to recruit a **Senior Fleet Underwriter** to support an exciting period of growth.

Accordingly you can be based anywhere within East Anglia as long as you are able to travel to regularly meet all of your Brokers and to visit the office at least once a week

The role will involve responsibility for the technical management of the **Motor Fleet** account and delivering an efficient case underwriting service to Brokers.

You will be contributing to the growth and profitability of the **Motor Fleet** account with the option to work from home/office flexibility.

This opportunity required experience of working on complex large Fleet cases.

**As Senior Fleet Underwriter your key responsibilities will include**:

- Build effective trading relationships with Brokers through trading activity to be recognised as a positive trading partner, contributing to achievement of results
- Profitably Underwriting large complex Fleet risks
- Contributing to loss ratio control by effectively investigating poorly performing accounts
- Contributing to the improvement of profitability by implementing actions agreed with Brokers to improve account performance
- Supporting with the development of colleagues by coaching and acting as a reference point

**To be a successful Senior Fleet Commercial Underwriter you will demonstrate**:

- Excellent understanding the Motor Fleet Insurance marketplace with experience in large case Underwriting
- Being able to negotiate flexibly and appropriately
- Trading successfully in the Insurance marketplace
- Experience of working in teams and a successful record of delivering results
