**Working hours: Weekdays, Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm (Term-time only)**

**Job Overview**:
PCC Group are looking for a passionate and talented Tutor to work on a 1-1 basis with a student who needs additional support.

As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' academic success.

The students that you will be working with will have either ASC/Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH)/complex learning disabilities or being identified as having a statement of an educational need or an Educational, health and care plan (EHCP).

The ideal person will be professional and passionate about SEND/SEMH and supporting children with additional needs and being fully able to adapt themselves to meet each individual needs, including excellent behaviour management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support
- Develop personalised lesson plans based on the individual needs and learning styles of each student
- Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student's academic performance and address any concerns

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students

**Job Types**: Freelance, Graduate

Pay: £12.50-£15.60 per hour
