Are you looking for an exciting role this summer that is both challenging and fun? If so, keep reading. The International Summer School for Teens is currently recruiting motivated Head Counsellors who will lead a team of Camp Counsellors responsible for supervising international teenagers visiting Scotland this summer. Applicants should be hard-working, organised, reliable and enjoy working with young people.

Your key remit will be to build a friendly rapport with our students, many of whom speak English as their second language. Your job is to ensure their safety and that they are experiencing the best of Scotland at all times. On occasion you may have to deal with adverse behaviour, so experience working with teenagers is definitely advantageous. However, you will always be supported by an motivated team and ultimately your position is to be a good role model to the students, not to discipline them. In addition to student supervision you will help plan and run a range of sporting, creative and cultural activities for the students.

All staff must participate in a mandatory training session which will be scheduled prior to the start of summer school. Applicants will also have to provide ID and hold - or be willing to obtain - a current PVG / Enhanced Disclosure / CRB. Salary is pro rata and dependent on experience and location.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
