**Inventory Clerks : Full Time and Freelance Roles**

If so, inventory clerking could be for you. Incisive Inventories is a family run company that since 2006 has been working with the residential lettings sector providing property inventory reports to ensure an equitable end of tenancy deposit release.

2023 will be an exciting year for the company and we are looking to bring on board dynamic and dedicated individuals who will play a key role in the expansion of the business with fantastic prospects for career growth and development.

Job description
- Inspecting residential properties and accurately recording condition, contents
- Inspections are predominantly within the West/ South Western London postcodes
- Uploading voice files/ photos and finalising reports ready for review
- Interacting with a variety of key stakeholders e.g. estate agents, landlords and tenants
- Taking responsibility of keys for the duration of the inspection

Required skills and personal attributes
- A passion for property or interiors combined with an eye for the details
- Dedication to customer service for a wide ranging stakeholder profile
- Self motivated with a flexible approach to work and problem solving
- Presentable, punctual and polite
- IT literate
- Own transportation preferred but not essential

Hours
- Maximum of 5 days per week 9am-6pm, including at least 2 x Saturdays
- Opportunity for overtime for additional Saturdays and bank holidays

Salary and benefits
- Salary starting between £24,000-£27,000 depending on experience
- Freelancers paid a competitive rate per appointment based on experience
- Benefits For full time staff to include: 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays, pension contributions and benefits and travel card
- Freelancers to cover own travel, but Incisive Inventories will cover all typing and admin costs

About You

Selection process

1) An informal phone conversation to ensure a good potential fit

2) Your shadowing of an inspection and interview to get a better understanding of the role

3) Referencing

4) Assessment of your natural ability for the role and establishment of a training plan, you will be given material to read through to give you everything you will need to know

5) Your availability for training and ability to demonstrate that you have read and understood said material will influence the speed at which you progress to being sent out on your own, we will do everything possible to get you to that stage as practically and quickly as possible.
