We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Business Intelligence and Planning Team at Wakefield Council to support with the preparation for the upcoming CQC Inspection process and support the development of Quality Assurance in Adults Social Care.

The role will involve:

- Planning and logistics for the CQC Inspection and Peer Reviews of Adults Social Care Services.
- Supporting with the organisation of Inspection evidence documentation.
- Coordination of Governance Board meetings relating to inspection and quality assurance.
- Leading on adult social care and partnership small to medium sized projects to drive transformational change and a clear focus on continuous improvement in service delivery outcomes.
- Contributing to, support and, where appropriate, leading the delivery of performance and quality reviews, assessments and evaluations.
- Supporting the development of strategic plans, policies and procedures, in relation to quality assurance.
