Manpower is currently looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator for our client in Grangemouth. You will actively engage in the site safety requirements and support transport planning with customers and drivers.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting site management in achieving compliance obligations including Inventory, financial, health and safety and Transport.
- Liaising with Workshops and Customer Service teams to ensure the effective routing of all vehicles at your disposal.
- Dealing effectively with customer complaints relating to transport activities.
- Ensuring all loads are reconciled in a timely manner.
- Ensuring driver feedback is reported and Master data is updated.

**Requirements**:

- Have experience working within the transport industry
- Have knowledge of Driving hours rules and regulations
- Demonstrate a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
- Be computer literate with experience using MS Office
- Be well organised
