Our client, a prestigious AJ Top 100 architectural practice based in London, are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for either an Architectural Technician / Technologist to workon a variety of commercial, education and residential projects across the South of England & London. Our client is seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist with around 2 years' experience who is keen to develop their career further within a supportiveatmosphere.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to work within a well established architectural practice that offer excellent plans for progression and work on a variety of exciting projects across the South and London.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Be capable of coordinating a drawing package in conjunction with the other design consultants
- Prepare working drawings
- Coordinate your work with others based upon the client's brief
- Produce planning information
- Consult / liaise with other professionals
- Work collaboratively within a technical team

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- 2+ years UK experience
- Strong technical skills gained on a range of mixed use and residential projects
- Excellent AutoCAD, Revit and IT (Microsoft Office) skills
- Understanding of the current Building Regulations, NHBC/ LABC Warranty Guidance and Associated Housing Standards
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages (Plans, Sections, Elevations, Schedule and Details)
- Demonstrate the ability to be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent communication skills
