**What's the Role?**
As a **part time Receptionist & Administrator**, you will be responsible for all aspects of reception work, providing an exceptional front of house service to all callers and visitors to the business. You will also be responsible for a range of administrative duties.
- Responsible for dealing with all phone calls in a professional manner and passing on messages as required.
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Booking meetings and managing the bookings of meeting rooms.
- Arranging couriers.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and professional at all times.
- Sorting and distributing incoming post.
- Franking and logging outgoing post including special deliveries.
- Typing, filing and shredding.
- CRM system maintenance (Iris Docs).
- Arranging lunch and refreshments for meetings.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties.

**This is a part time office based role working 16-21 hours (hours to be agreed).**
