**Responsibilities**:
Raise and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, liaising with the business team as necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoicing and payments received.

Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and provide regular updates to the Finance team

Preparation of adhoc reports as required.

Assist with general administrative tasks such as opening post, answering the phone, filing, data entry, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner

**Requirements**:
A minimum of two years’ experience of client invoicing and the accounts receivable process

Good excel skills

Experience with client and internal invoicing systems

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Availability to work 10-15 hours per week

You will work primarily from our Old Woking office in Surrey, which is located near Hoe Bridge Golf Club.

The role will initially be 10 - 15 hours per week but this may increase over time.

This role sits outside IR35.

This opportunity is for freelancers, and we offer £15 per hour.
