Vehicle Fleet Administrator

Rivervale are looking for a Vehicle Fleet Administrator. The job will entail the following:

- Processing invoice processing, maintenance authorities, customer documentation, fines, road fund licence renewals, etc
- Maintaining good customer records utilising our in-house management tool
- Liaising with car/van dealers to co-ordinate deliveries
- Sending driver correspondence in a timely manner
- Handling general customer queries
- Work with supervision of Admin Manager
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- 25 hours a week can be flexible to suit
