Endeavor is a global sports and entertainment company, home to the world’s most dynamic and engaging storytellers, brands, live events and experiences. The company is comprised of industry leaders including entertainment agency WME; sports, fashion, events and media company IMG; and premier mixed martial arts organization UFC. The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Providing legal support for the sale of betting rights and other matters ancillary to the betting business
- Pro-actively working with the legal team (London and International colleagues) to ensure that best practice and knowledge is understood, shared and utilised amongst the team
- Liaise with the business so that commercial, pragmatic and salient advice and guidance on business opportunities can be followed at all times
- Assisting with new projects as and when appropriate

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory
- Qualified lawyer with 2-3 years PQE who has worked in a commercial environment
- Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Desirable
- In-house legal experience within a betting or media organisation
- Has an interest in sport/betting
- Experience of working with high level executives in own and client/customer organisations

Skills and Abilities

Mandatory
- The ability to assimilate and understand salient points of commercial opportunities with both speed and accuracy
- Excellent written and spoken English with a meticulous attention to and for detail
- Ability to juggle and prioritise a varied and heavy workload with the ability to plan ahead
- Able to work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally

Qualifications and Training

Mandatory
- Fully qualified Solicitor (2-3 PQE)
