Deep Blue Financial is a professional, family friendly organisation, providing financial advice across the south of England and beyond, with a small team of experienced advisers and dedicated administrative staff. We provide independent financial advice across three main areas of financial planning; Pensions, Investments and Protection. The advice that we provide is unbiased and based upon the specific needs of each client. The range of services and products available cover the whole market, ensuring that the objectives of the client are met.

This role includes but is not limited to the below:

- Preparing documentation for Fund Switches, and actioning the switch if applicable
- FE Analytics fund analysis
- Produce research reports
- Processing Pension and Investment top-ups and regular contributions
- Processing Taxable Lump Sums, PCLS, full encashments, etc.
- Setting up Dependants Pensions
- Dealing with new ISAs and cash ISA transfers
- Preparing quotes for Protection policies
- Produce Protection suitability reports
- Preparing Annuity quotes
- Handling death claims
- Cashflow modelling
- Following the Bed and ISA process to meet tax year end deadlines
- Compiling various reports, including post-sale and review reports
- Updating various spreadsheets to keep accurate records. E.g. (work in progress) WIP sheets
- Liaising with providers to obtain information and regularly chasing for updates
- Collating information and producing combined spreadsheets

This role will also include working closely with and supporting our advisers. We pride ourselves on working as a team and everyone pitches in where required. This is a challenging role in a busy, friendly, office environment.
