**FTE: 1.0 (37.5 hours a week)**

**Skylight Psychiatry is a forward thinking, dynamic mental health service. We are a CQC registered service delivering person-centred assessment, care and support, with our ultimate aim being to improve the lives of people with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism and Learning disabilities. We offer timely Autism assessments under NHS Right To Choose, as well as private ADHD assessments.**

**The individual must have a strong understanding of the key principles of safeguarding adults, as well as the assessment and management of clinical risk. Proficiency in computer skills is imperative, and training will be provided on the use of our patient record system.**

**Skylight Psychiatry will support professional development through regular supervision, training opportunities, and providing MDT review and report preparation experience.**

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
**-* **Undertake neurodevelopmental history interviews (training provided) *

**-* **Assist in the preparation of reports within the required timeframes*

**-* **Attend and contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings*

**-* **Attend supervision sessions and training relevant to the role*

**-* **Contribute to service improvement activities under the direction of the Service Manager and Clinical Director*

**-* **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in patient record systems, clinical reports and other associated documentation *

**-* **Any other duties as deemed to be within the scope of the role*

**Individual Requirements**

**Essential**

**-* **GCSE qualifications as a minimum*

**-* **Minimum of 1 year experience working with autistic adults*

**-* **Experience of clinical documentation *

**-* **Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment and management *

**-* **Right to work in UK*

**-* **Proficient computer skills*
