We are looking for an enthusiastic Collection Registrar to join the Loans Section at the V&A.

This is a varied role where you will significantly contribute to the management of a large programme of long-term loans into the V&A collection, as well as project manage incoming loans for temporary displays at the V&A and selected short-term loans out to temporary exhibitions in the UK and abroad.

You will have proven experience of registrarial work with a museum collection including experience coordinating incoming and outgoing loans, ideally on a short and long-term basis. Knowledge of the UK Government Indemnity Scheme, fine art insurance and museum object transport adhering to national and international museum standards is key for this role. You will demonstrate project management skills, ability to prioritise a high workload and successful delivery to tight deadlines. A confident, articulate and persuasive communicator, you will develop close working relationships with colleagues across the Museum and external stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the V&A's dynamic Loans team and contribute to the promotion of excellent standards of Collections Management practice within the Museum.

**This role is fixed term for 18 months.
