QA Specialist

A growing pharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a QA Specialist to join their facility based in Wiltshire on a permanent basis due to consistent growth. The role will require shift work to support continuous operations which will include a 24/7 pattern.

The core function of this role will be to support the establishment and operation of CMO facilities with the primary purpose of providing QA oversight to operational activities across the manufacturing facility. You will be the primary point of contact for the escalation of Quality issues, handle physical and online review of GMP records and use Key Quality Management Systems (QMS) including LIMS, Trackwise, SAP, EDMS and LMS. The role will involve the oversight of cleanrooms, ensuring compliance to SOPs. You will also provide training and coaching to staff at all levels to support the Quality Culture and support Continuous Improvement activities.
