Capitalising on a proven reputation for delivery as a leading digital security services partner in the UK, our client has ambitious plans to grow capabilities across the SailPoint solution stack. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital security consultant to take a key role in the development of a market leading Identity Access Management (IAM) practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:
An opportunity for an established technical authority in the SailPoint Digital Security consulting space to enter the practice and identify growth areas, bring forward ideas to the business and set the structure and policies for an exciting, high growth period for our client.
- Consulting and advising clients, leading the delivery of SailPoint IdentityNow digital security projects
- Leading an agile team with focus on design, development, configuration and management of the SailPoint solution stack
- Providing guidance to clients across areas of SailPoint from the development of security strategies, key integration considerations and implementation guidance
- Developing high quality, effective solution designs including detailed roadmaps to guide client’s user journeys
- Working with clients to ensure that they are supported, enabling them to take advantage of high-level technologies and solutions within the services provided
- Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of junior members of the team
- Maintaining technical knowledge through continuous training

**Technical/ Skills Profile**:

- Consulting experience involving stakeholder management skills, developing scope of work, and engagement with other parties
- Documentation and communication skills
- SailPoint IdentityNow Certified with significant knowledge of the digital security platform
- Understanding of IAM concepts and methods, and hands on experiences gained across multiple ‘IAM platforms'
- Experience with SailPoint integration with Federated Access Methods: (SAML, AuthO and OpenID Connect, OIDC)
- Directory configuration experience: Active Directory, eDirectory, LDAP
- Experience with the development, build, configuration, and integration of IDAM / IAM solutions (SSO)
- Experience in web frameworks, development, and architectures specifically within the IAM space

**Additional Information**:

- Salary Information: £75 to £100k, based on experience

- Working Pattern: This is a predominantly home-based role with opportunities to regularly catch up with colleagues and partners
- SC Security Clearance is desirable, but not essential.
