**Role description**
- Export operations and Exports Administration
- Customer Services
- Admin - Issue sales invoicing to customers according to agreements and check and pass purchase invoices
- Take bookings and create in our internal software
- Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines
- Learn all aspects of full load export operations
- Completing export customs clearance
- Use Datafreight/Destin8

**You will have**
- A confident and approachable person
- 4 years experience in a similar role
- Must have Export / Customs Experience
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Customer focused and dead line orientated
- Good decision-making skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
- A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
- IT literate
- A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience
