**Role Description**:
We are looking for a Project Manager to work in the XVA Technology team. XVA is a business group that includes multiple Front Office desks centrally managing CVA (counterparty credit risk) and FVA (funding risk) for all trading portfolios and asset classesacross Global Markets.
- Analyzing and documenting functional and systems requirements.
- Creating and maintaining well documented project & governance plans, work structure, project & risk monitoring tools, templates and forms for communication, tracking and reporting.
- Engagement with senior leadership across Trading, Risk, Operations & Technology to identify critical issues & determine solutions.
- Driving and executing the plan by analyzing business priorities, requirements, tasks and milestones.

The XVA Technology team are a close-knit and high-performing global Agile development team where collaboration and communication is key to their ongoing success.

- Banking environment experience, especially in XVA, Credit Risk or OTC derivatives
