Panel Wirer

Abatec are recruiting for a Control Panel Wiring Technician to join our client in Wickwar.

**As a Control Panel Wiring Technician, you will**:

- Supervise and build the assembly & wiring of the control system panels
- Control all systems equipment received from suppliers
- Control systems that are returned to the supplier for repair or for calibration
- Assist the test engineers when required
- Be responsible for wiring and assembly of control panels from proprietary components using general arrangement drawings.
- To assist in the assembling & wiring of all System Control Panels and their associated equipment when assembled in-house
- Read and follow technical drawings
- Responsible for the Inspection & Initial Testing of the Control Panels, prior to Power up.

**Our client requires a Control Panel Wiring Technician, with the following**:

- Experience of design and manufacturing procedures, quality assurance and product specifications.
- Ability to read and understand schematic drawings
- Ability to Wire control panels
- Strong electrical wiring background
- Electrical and Mechanical knowledge
