**The Park Hotel, Liverpool.**

The Park Hotel is a vibrant three-star hotel located in North Liverpool, with an extensive events programme and is an established and much sought after wedding venue.

We seek an experienced Housekeeper who can join the hotel’s team of hospitality professionals to achieve and enhance the exemplary levels of service deserved by our customers.

A professional Housekeeper will take pride in attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Make up and change beds.
- Vacuum clean carpets.
- Remove waste from rooms.
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

**Work and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of English language.

**Skills and Personal Attributes**:

- Good communication skills and able to effectively communicate with both staff and guests.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests.
- Excellent cleaning skills with an eye for detail

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
