We are experiencing an exciting period of change within our Women's Health Service at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals, embracing a cross site approach to establishing our Maternity Transformation Board, supporting innovation and improvements within the current and evolving maternity agenda.

Our aim is to ensure we provide outstanding care for our women and their families, whilst focusing on being the very best place to work.

As Maternity Matron you will be highly visible and accessible to women, families and staff, focusing on improving the fundamental and essential aspects of care we provide our women and their families in line with all national work and KLOE.

This role may involve working cross site between both York & Scarborough Hospitals. Job share will be considered.
