An exciting opportunity has arisen within Medicine for the Elderly and we require an experienced HCSW with a genuine interest in caring for the older person to join our team.
Discharges in MOE can be complex and we require an individual that can plan and coordinate these discharges in a fast paced environment.
Previous band 2 hospital experience essential. SVQ level 3 is desirable but if you don’t possess this you must be prepared to work towards this. The extended clinical skills required for this post are; venepuncture, cannulation, performing ECG’s and catheterisation. Computer skills are also required.
