**A bit about the role**:
As a Mobile Caretaker, you will provide a front-line, high quality, professional cleaning cleansing and maintenance service on Peabody estates/properties.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- Cleaning internal and external communal areas.
- Carry out planned and ad hoc environmental maintenance tasks and general duties.
- Act as a point of contact with residents, and with third parties.

This role will require a driver’s licence.
