Our client is an Engineering company based in the Sunderland area and they require an experienced Mechanical Fitter with pump overhaul and repair experience to join them on a permanent basis.

You must be a time served Mechanical Fitter with experience of pump overhaul, changing mechanical seals, bearing, seals, taking apart, identifying worn or broken parts and full assembly and test.

The role is workshop and site based so you must also have a full driving license for this role.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm.

This is a permanent role with a 6 month trial and there are good benefits, holiday entitlement, regular overtime, call out bonus etc.

**Salary**: £16.00-£17.50 per hour
