We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Plant Sales Administrator who has excellent communication skills and is keen to learn. Whilst industry experience would be useful we will give full training in order to develop in the role. What is importantis proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel and strong communication skills in order to support our sales team and liaise with manufacturers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assisting the Plant Sales Co-ordinator in building new and existing client leads in support of the French and English-speaking Sales Managers
- Preparing plant offers against company requirements, while utilising supplier on-line databases for pricing and technical assistance where required
- Maintaining online repository of sales literature and sales presentations
- Obtaining freight rates from external freight companies, supplier logistic departments and via our own logistics team.
- Processing and placing orders
- Assisting with tender requests, compiling specification details to requirements, obtaining relevant documentation, liaising with suppliers and preparing offers to specific deadline
- Sales reporting - Collate data from Sales Engineer
- Compile monthly reports for Principals based on updates supplied by Sales Engineers including hot offers, orders won and lost in that period
- Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings to update reports.
- Compile country reports for expanding markets.
