Who we are.

The SEO Executive will display essential time management skills, communication skills and be a convergent thinker whilst overseeing SEO projects for our Retail SME customers.

You will work with the Operations Manager and within the wider Marketing Operations team whilst reporting directly into the Operations Director.

This position will be onsite in Stockton-On-Tees.
- What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.- SEO Strategy Development: Create comprehensive SEO strategies for clients by conducting in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.-
- On-Page SEO Optimisation: Implement on-page SEO techniques, including optimising meta tags, headings, and content for relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings.-
- Technical SEO: Identify and address technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexation, and structured data markup.-
- Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and outreach to build high-quality backlinks.-
- Content Optimisation: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that web content is SEO-friendly and aligns with the overall strategy.-
- Local SEO: Optimise local SEO elements, including Google My Business, citations, and local directory listings for businesses targeting local audiences.-
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Provide regular reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.-
- Keyword Tracking: Continuously track and update keyword rankings, analysing their impact on website traffic and conversions.-
- SEO Trends and Algorithm Updates: Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.-
- Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their goals, expectations, and provide professional insights and recommendations.-
- SEO Auditing: Conduct regular website audits to identify and rectify issues, ensuring websites are fully optimized for search engines.-
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement CRO strategies and enhance user experience to improve conversion rates.Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
