**Job Description**:
Complete product research and present findings to adviser team. We use Twenty7Tec.

Proactively monitor & manage active caseload, ensuring outstanding information is chased/obtained within

agreed SLA’s, with appropriate system updates.

customer expectations

Work with clients, solicitors and lenders to ensure case progression from DIP to Completion.

**Qualifications**:
Mortgage processing / administrative experience

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

Ability to assess and interpret information supplied e.g. bank statements

Knowledge of the mortgage & property market would be advantageous.
