Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a member of our front of house staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the food and drinks options
- Provide advice about our instore product range
- Assist in food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Barista training or experience desirable
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with food preparation and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour
