**About The Role**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with UX designers to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to implement and refine UI elements during the development process.
- Design interfaces that are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test UI functionality.
- Develop and maintain style guides and design standards.
- Ensure designs are compliant with accessibility standards.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital design tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.

**About You**:
**Desired Skills and Knowledge**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Design, User Experience or related field.
- 3-5 years of related industry experience as a UI designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with UX designers and developers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
