**Retail Assistant - NTEP Capel Curig Retail-Main**
- £10.70 per hour
- 25 hours per week

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for ESS at one of our many sites where we provide retail, catering and cleaning services to the military and Ministry of Defence. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
- Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
- Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
- Handling cash and operating the cash register
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations

Our ideal Retail Assistant will be:

- A good communicator, able to confidently liaise with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Committed to high levels of customer care
- Able to undertake a range of manual cleaning duties
- An enthusiastic individual with a passion for working in a catering environment
- Positive and take pride in their work
