**AI Senior Operations Engineer**
Our client is a global fintech company, leading provider of decisioning and analytics products for financial services and other industries.
They are looking for a Senior Operations Engineer who will provide world class operational support to their clients on the AI
platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational support for the global, cloud-agnostic and multi-tenantAI platform
- Lead the resolution of operational issues on the AI platform, working closely with the AI engineering and data science team and wider organisation
- Implementation and continuous improvement of world class operational processes

**Qualifications, Strengths and Skills**:

- +5 years experience providing operational support to clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical certifications
- Strong expertise in managing public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP or Azure
- Proficiency operating in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with Docker containers and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Experience with CICD processes and automation
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Experience in one or more general-purpose scripting or programming languages such as Python
- Knowledge of APIs, AI and Machine Learning advantageous
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate problems and solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
