**Lettings Valuer - Bournemouth - Salary: Basic £23,000 (OTE £35K) Plus car allowance**
I am looking for a passionate Lettings Valuer to join one of the largest and most established Lettings and Property Management Independent Estate Agent's based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
You will have previous experience in Lettings, and possess a positive and energetic approach to your work. You should be well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating earning opportunities.
This is working in a great team, with ongoing training and support to help you along your way. You will need your own vehicle for this job and a clean driving license.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with every other Saturday 09:30 - 13:00 and with 25 days annual leave entitlement excluding Bank Holidays.
The position attracts a basic salary of up to **£22,000** depending on experience with an OTE up to **£30,000 - £35,000** (uncapped) and a car allowance/car.
The skills required for this role will include:

- Generate, arrange and carry out viewings and valuations of properties to let
- Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords
- Ensuring consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service
- Able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Someone who can build relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities
- Knowledge of the Bournemouth area would be advantageous
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
