This is an excellent opportunity to join an established local will writing business with the best reputation in their industry. After receiving many clients that need help with estate planning matters, they now have a position vacant for an experienced Will Writer to take client instructions and draft legal documents.

Our client operates in the Legal and Estate Planning sectors.

Full admin support will be provided with this position, with ongoing CPD development time allowed.
- Estate Planner, Legal Executive with a **minimum of 3 years experience** taking instructions and drafting
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience across various private client matters
- Ability to use legal software such as Sure Will Writer
- Cultivating strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs
- Proven ability to manage diverse case-loads independently, with a keen eye for detail
- **Driving Licence **with access to your own vehicle

**What the role involves**:

- Visiting clients at home and on the company premises
- Ability to Draft Wills, Trusts written into Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other legal documents
- Accompanying the Director on seminars
- Proven ability to manage diverse case-loads independently, with a keen eye for detail
- Full admin support will be provided
- Leads will be provided

**Salary/package**:
£25,480 - £31,500 annual salary**:

- willing to pay more if you have the experience**. This will all be discussed at interview stage.
