**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team. As a Civils Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing civils teams involved in telecoms projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage civils teams engaged in telecoms projects
- Ensure all supervised staff are competent, fully trained, and compliant with requirements, including approvals, appraisals, and inductions before commencing work on-site
- Monitor work progress to meet streetwork permits and client timescales
- Liaise with Local Authorities and clients, conducting site meetings to discuss works, permit conditions, and agree on Traffic Management requirements
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) and Health & Safety standards
- Achieve productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and meets contract specifications
- Review and close corrective actions and improvement actions related to works
- Complete all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings, for completed works
- Take personal responsibility for your health and safety, as well as the safety of others affected by the works

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
