Hospital Pharmacist Roles

The role will be to cover the various inpatient wards and complete the clinical screening of prescriptions and dispensing, there will also be some accuracy checking of medication, offering advice on dosages and side effects of drug interaction, and maintainaccurate and detailed records of all medications processed. The working pattern will be either 8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm (30 mins lunch break) Monday - Friday, there will be no on call or weekend working needed. For the right applicant, part time working maybe considered (3 - 4 days per week).
Applicants must have some form of pharmacy experience, whether from the community or hospital sector. As seen above, prior Hospital experience is NOT a must here, so it offers the chance for a Pharmacist to break into the hospital sector, and kick start theirhospital career
These services are seeking cover immediately (late March 2023), and the roles will be a contract length of 4 - 6 months.
- x3 Locum Band 6/7/8a Pharmacists needed - NHS Hospital south London
- £23 - £37 per hour Umbrella, depending on experience
- Hospital experience not a necessity Community pharmacy experienced applicants welcome to apply
- Start date: Late March 2023
- Wards + Dispensary cover
- GPHC Registration required
- Located across two sites across Nottingham
- Duration: 4 - 6 months minimum
- Full time or part time hours (3,4 or 5 days per week)
