**Job Title: Head of Private Client**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm in Brighton. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solicitor to join and head up a highly reputable Private Client department which currently stands at 22 strong.

**Duties include**:

- Leadership and management of the Private Client department
- Proactively networking within the team to bring on new business and generate an excellent reputation.
- Independently managing own caseload of private client matters
- Responsible for providing high quality, timely, professional advice.
- Visiting clients in their own environment
- Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team
- Extensive post-qualified experience handling an array of Private Client matters of varying complexities
- Proven management capabilities, either leading a team or managing a department
- A Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
