Working Hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 1pm
CNC Programmer sought within a specialist manufacturer of high precision engineered solutions for the global aerospace industry, offering competitive salaries as well as investing in professional growth.
The role will suit those with previous experience dealing with 5 axis machining with previous exposure to creating programs and machine paths from models as well as Knowledge of Edgecam/Hypermill however other programming writing software experience willbe considered. Those with continuous improvement experience will have a considerable advantage.
As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible with supporting the company with recent acquisition of 5 axis machinery. You will be working with 3 & 5 axis machines as an offline programmer. The company are also on an ambitious roadmap regarding continuousimprovement and in this role you will also be responsible for driving this improvement by suggesting improvements and embracing change by mentoring and supporting others.

The CNC Programmer:
*3 & 5 Axis Offline Programmer
*Creating programs and matching paths from models
*Working on continuous improvement projects
*Support the team with recent acquisition of 5 axis machinery
The Person:
*Knowledge of Edgecam/Hypermill or other program writing software
*5 axis machining experience
*Hurco & Mazak experience would be beneficial
*Proven machining experience
