Broadacres Housing Association is seeking 5 motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams in Broadacres in an apprenticeship role. As an apprentice at Broadacres, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the housing sector while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.

This year we will be recruiting in the following areas:
Heating and Gas

Painting

Joinery

Social Care

ICT

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the housing association, including property management and maintenance, support and back office and customer support activities
- Learning about the key functions of a housing association and gaining practical skills in your designated area
- Supporting the team with tasks, and other duties as required
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to develop your knowledge and capabilities in the housing sector
- Contributing to team meetings and projects, and taking on responsibilities as your skills and confidence grow
